**Job Title: Registered Nurse** 5k - 10k Commitment Sign-on Bonus
**Job Description:**

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver patient-centered care by assessing planning implementing and evaluating individual treatment plans.
- Conduct clinical assessments and provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers while closely monitoring patient responses.
- Document patient information medical histories and vital signs accurately and maintain thorough records using electronic health systems.
- Collaborate with physicians therapists and other healthcare professionals to formulate and implement effective care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans medications and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Participate in continuous professional development activities to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
**Qualifications:**
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited institution.
- Proven clinical experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficient in using electronic medical records and other healthcare technology.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and upholding ethical standards in nursing practice.
