What you will:

• Strategic Sourcing: Support development and execution of category sourcing strategies that align with business objectives and sustainability goals.
• Supplier Engagement: Participate in supplier negotiations to secure competitive terms foster long-term partnerships and ensure compliance with ethical standards.
• Cost & Market Analysis: Conduct detailed cost breakdowns benchmark studies and market trend analysis to identify value creation opportunities.
• Contract Management: Assist in drafting reviewing and managing supplier contracts to ensure risk mitigation and performance tracking.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with procurement operations and technical teams across APAC to ensure alignment and seamless implementation of sourcing strategies.

Development Opportunities:

Who you are:

• You have bachelors or masters degree in supply chain management business economics engineering or a related field.
• You have analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• You have good communication and interpersonal skills for working in a multicultural environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• You are fluent in English (spoken and written)
• You are eager to learn and develop in a global sourcing environment.
• You are interested in procurement sourcing and sustainability.
• You are willing to travel and participate in an international rotation.
