Job Summary
Central Coast Home Healthis a fast-growing and locally owned organization with an excellent reputation throughout San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties. We are constantly growing and now seeking afull-time Hospice LVNto join our team for theSan Luis Obispo- Coast (Los Osos Morro Bay Cambria)
The regular work schedule is Monday-Friday (generally 8 to 5PM) with a weekend rotation.
Requirements:
Current California LVN license
Minimum one (1) year of professional nursing (LVN)work experience
Reliable vehicle to drive for work
Current Drivers License and maintenance of a clean driving record
Have and maintain auto insurance coverage
Current approved health care provider CPR Certification
Home Health or Hospice experience is a plus

Each LVN has an hourly rate of pay for additional work hours which ranges from $34.00-$36.00 per hour. Actual pay rates vary depending on factors including type of experience location and years of experience.
