Wereseekinga highly organized proactive Project Manager to support key initiatives within our executive leadership team. This individual will playa central rolein coordinating priorities driving alignment across cross-functional projects and ensuring seamless execution of executive-level initiatives.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment has exceptional communication skills and is comfortable managing multiple high-impact deliverables with limited oversight. This position requires a combination of project management discipline executive judgment and a strong ability toanticipateneeds and connect the dots across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate executive-level projects ensuringtimelycompletion of action items deliverables and leadership reviews.
Drive weekly operating rhythms including preparing materials follow-ups and cross-functional updates for executive meetings.
Serve asa central pointof coordination across Finance Operations and Procurement to track progress against strategic priorities.
Develop andmaintaindashboards summaries and communications that enable leadership visibility into key initiatives.
Support preparation of business reviews presentations and executive correspondence.
Manage scheduling project timelines and interdependencies across multiple stakeholders.
Anticipate information and resource needs proactively resolving issues before they reach leadership.
Handle confidential and time-sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications or related field.
5 years of experience in project coordination operations or executive-level support.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and prioritization capabilities with proven ability to manage competing demands.
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g. Smartsheet Asana or similar).
High levelof integrity sound judgment and professional presence.
