Job Summary

Überblick:
Als Auszubildender Werkzeugmechaniker erlernst du die Herstellung Wartung und Reparatur von Werkzeugen und Formen die in der industriellen Fertigung eingesetzt werden. Du arbeitest mit modernen Maschinen und Präzisionswerkzeugen und trägst dazu bei qualitativ hochwertige Produkte zu ermöglichen.

Aufgaben:

Fertigung und Bearbeitung von Werkzeugen und Formen nach technischen Zeichnungen
Bedienung und Programmierung von CNC-Maschinen
Durchführung von Messungen und Qualitätskontrollen
Wartung und Instandhaltung von Werkzeugen
Zusammenarbeit mit Fachabteilungen in der Produktion

Anforderungen:

Guter Schulabschluss (mindestens Hauptschule oder Realschule)
Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
Interesse an Metallbearbeitung und Präzisionsarbeit
Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit

Ausbildungsdauer:
35 Jahre (duale Ausbildung im Betrieb und in der Berufsschule)
