Job Summary
Requirements
Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or a related discipline
A minimum of 6 years experience in managing the design and construction of signalling works for large-scale railway projects in a multi-disciplinary environment
Possession of Corporate Membership of a recognised professional institution is preferred
Proven track record in design installation implementation testing and commissioning of Communications Based Train Control (CBTC) Signalling System
Experience in SICAS / SMARTLOCK / VCC / TGMT / SACEM based signalling system is an advantage
Remarks
Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms
Candidate with less experience will be consideredfor the Construction Engineer-Signalling position

Responsibilities
Carry out detailed engineering works for the signalling contracts including day-to-day liaison and engagement with contractors interface parties internal and external stakeholders
- Lead the design review installation testing and commissioning activities of signalling systems for new railway projects as well as support systems integration with other E&M systems and contracts administration
