Job Responsibilities
- Customer Application Support
Provide technical assistance to OEMs Tier-1 suppliers and partners for NXP Automotive MPU platforms (S32G S32N series). - Design-In Enablement
Guide customers through hardware/software integration including Ethernet TSN CAN FD FlexRay and security engines (HSE XRDC). - System-Level Consulting
Advise on zonal gateway architectures virtualization and ECU consolidation strategies for SDV (Software Defined Vehicle) programs. - Pre- & Post-Sales Technical Engagement
Deliver technical presentations demos PoC evaluations application notes and training materials. - Development & Debug Support
Assist with boot configuration DDR setup multi-core initialization and validate AUTOSAR/Linux stacks hypervisors and real-time drivers. - Escalation & Issue Management
Follow structured escalation procedures for unresolved technical issues ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience (3 years) in embedded software development preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong proficiency in C/C programming for embedded systems.
- Experience with real-time operating systems (e.g. FreeRTOS QNX AUTOSAR OS).
- Familiarity with automotive communication protocols (CAN LIN Ethernet FlexRay).
- Experience with microcontrollers/microprocessors including architecture understanding and peripheral interaction.
- Proficiency with debugging tools (e.g. JTAG debuggers oscilloscopes logic analyzers).
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and version control systems (e.g. Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal in English.
- Knowledge of automotive functional safety standards (e.g. ISO 26262) is a plus.
