Job Summary

Yard/Warehouse Associate will act as a material handler and forklift operator to build loads for deliveries while maintaining a safe clean and well-organized lumber yard and warehouse.

Duties include:

Building loads for delivery and unloading freight including lumber pipe and building supplies

Forklift training certification and operation.
Assist with general labor duties.
Communicating delays or discrepancies with management.
Maintaining lumber pipe yard and warehouse clean and organized.
Assisting with the proper loading and offloading of truck to ensure a smooth process.
Other duties as assigned.
Must be able to work in all-weather elements. Indoors and outdoors

Responsibilities

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions short correspondence and memos; write simple correspondence; effectively present information to others one-on-one
Must be able to periodically lift up to 50 pounds: 80 with assistance.
Work Location: Baytown TX
1st shift - Monday to Friday; must be open and available to work weekend overtime and holidays.
7 am to Finish (4 hours to 12 hour shifts) 1st day report at 8 AM to Ulrica
