MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
DESIRED OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Extensive professional experience (approximately 6-8 years) in health policy large scale grant management and/or behavioral health system planning within a state
- Significant experience typically 5 years supervising managers and professional staff
- Deep understanding of the behavioral health continuum of care and payment systems
- Demonstrated ability/experience analyzing and drafting complex legislative reports and preparing executive-level policy briefs under tight deadlines
