About the Opportunity

A global technology and professional services organization is seeking an experienced NetSuite Project Manager to support a critical ERP implementation initiative. This role will serve as a client-side project manager and implementation advocate partnering closely with stakeholders to ensure a successful NetSuite deployment. The position is fully remote with the exception of one required onsite visit (approximately one week) for testing at office location.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the client-side NetSuite Project Manager for an active implementation

Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams during ERP delivery

Oversee project planning execution timelines and risk management

Manage UAT planning coordination and execution oversight

Serve as a primary point of contact between business stakeholders and implementation partners

Drive clear communication status reporting and stakeholder alignment

Support full-cycle NetSuite implementation activities

Advocate for business requirements and ensure solution alignment

Required Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship required (due to federal project work)

Bachelors degree or higher

4 years of experience in NetSuite administration consulting or project management

Hands-on experience with NetSuite implementations

Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills

Experience working with cross-functional and technical teams

Preferred Experience

Full-cycle NetSuite implementation leadership

Familiarity with ASC 606 revenue recognition in NetSuite

Experience with SuiteProjects

Background working with external consulting or implementation partners

$156000 - $200000 a year
