What Youll do:
Responsible for all aspects of customer service and sales support.
-Create new orders in internal systems as required.
-Initial quotes process approvals shippers and invoice requests according to priority.
-Ensure all pertinent information is captured and entered into ERP.
-Interface with Operations to expedite/prioritize delivery scheduling of services.
-Interface with Customers Sales Operations and Shipping/Receiving to resolve issues and answer questions.
-Review and manage workflow schedules to proactively manage open orders.
What We Need From You:
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Excel Word Outlook etc.)
-Ability to multitask
-Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
