So what does a Finance Analyst do Think of yourself as someone who ensures timely processing and payment of vendor invoices and expense vouchers and maintains accurate records and control reports and leads all accounts payable-related activities.

• Manage and delegate tasks to Accounts Payable Specialists and ensure they are following company policies and procedures and are meeting the work quality guidelines

• Prepare journal entries process bank payments and bank reconciliation accrual reports and assist Specialists in monitoring aging AP items

• Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance mission-related objectives and deadlines

• Manages stakeholders requirements and expectations

• Provides quality customer service including interacting with customers answering customer inquiries and effectively handling customer complaints

• Works closely with the Accounting Manager regarding any process improvement activities suitable

• Participate in hiring/interview process and training new team members

Do you have what it takes to become an Finance Analyst

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree Graduate in Accountancy Finance Management or other related courses

• With at least 3 years of related work experience as a supervisor

• With Oracle Fusion Cloud experience

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Highly analytical and keen on details

• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks

• Being a Certified Public Accountant is an advantage but not required
