QUALIFICATIONS FOR A FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN

• Ability to operate vehicles and equipment used for diagnostic purposes
• Valid drivers license and CDL
• Knowledge of mechanical electrical and hydraulic systems used in the repair of agriculture equipment
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Excellent organizational and planning capabilities related to workflow management
• Superior customer service skills related to identifying customer needs and solution implementation

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in performing service repairs

THE ROLE

Schedule: This is a full-time position that primarily operates outside of the dealership. Expect a flexible schedule with after-hours and on-call support required to meet customer needs.

Each day as a Field Service Technician is dynamic and rewarding. Your morning starts by checking your schedule and heading out in your fully-equipped service vehicle to your first on-site job. You diagnose and repair various pieces of agricultural equipment from tractors to combines ensuring they operate at peak performance. You interact with customers providing exceptional service and clear explanations of the work performed.

Throughout the day you perform preventive maintenance utilize special diagnostic tools and keep detailed records of your work. Safety is paramount and you follow all regulations to maintain a clean and orderly workspace. The day might end with after-hours on-call support knowing that your expertise is vital to our customers success.
