ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a full-time remote position primarily operating in the field. You will travel to different locations to provide on-site service. Our Field Service Technician role requires a flexible schedule including after-hours and on-call support to ensure continuous customer service.

In your role as a Field Service Technician you will start your day by reviewing your schedule and preparing your fully-equipped service vehicle. Your responsibilities will include traveling to various client sites to diagnose and repair agricultural equipment ensuring optimal performance and reliability. You will engage with customers providing expert service and clear explanations of the work performed. Regular preventive maintenance and detailed record-keeping will be key aspects of your role.

Safety and efficiency are paramount as you utilize specialized tools and maintain a clean working environment. You will also be available for after-hours support ensuring that our clients needs are met at all times.

The Minimum Requirements to be Considered:

• Ability to operate vehicles and equipment used for diagnostic purposes
• Valid drivers license and CDL
• Knowledge of mechanical electrical and hydraulic systems used in the repair of agriculture equipment
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Excellent organizational and planning capabilities related to workflow management
• Superior customer service skills related to identifying customer needs and solution implementation

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in performing service repairs
