Job Summary
The Store Manager will oversee day to day retail operations manage sales activity and ensure a positive customer experience. This role requires strong organization a friendly and professional demeanor and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast paced retail environment.
The ideal candidate is hands on detail oriented and comfortable managing staff inventory flow and customer interactions while keeping operations running smoothly. This is a key role focused on both sales growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily retail sales operations
Manage and support in store staff
Ensure excellent customer service and store presentation
Track sales performance and help drive revenue growth
Handle scheduling organization and day to day store needs
Maintain a professional and welcoming retail environment
Coordinate with ownership on sales goals and operations
Qualifications:
3 years of retail or sales management experience preferred
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Comfortable managing daily retail operations
Ability to lead a team and multitask effectively
Customer focused with a professional and friendly approach
Reliable responsible and detail oriented
