What Youll Do
- Perform residential electrical service maintenance and installations
- Troubleshoot and repair wiring lighting panels and electrical systems
- Inspect and test electrical components to ensure safety and compliance
- Provide clear explanations and excellent customer service to homeowners
- Identify opportunities to prevent future issues and recommend solutions
- Maintain a clean safe job site and a well-organized service truck
- Train and mentor less experienced electrical trainees
What Were Looking For
- State of Wisconsin Residential Journeyman License (required)
- 5 years of electrical experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Self-starter with flexibility and reliability
- Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass background check and random drug testing
