The team
Our team plays a vital role in helping children and young people across the local authority access education consistently and confidently. By working closely with schools families and partner agencies we identify and address barriers to learning driven by the belief that every child deserves the opportunity to thrive through education. Being part of our team means making a tangible impact on childrens lives while developing professionally through training shadowing opportunities and cross-team projects. We foster a culture of encouragement and curiosity where ideas are valued and growth is supported. To promote wellbeing and productivity we embrace flexible and hybrid working offering a balance of remote work community engagement with families and dedicated office time for face-to-face collaboration.
Empowering Everyone
Were big believers in potential possibility and the power of different ideas. Were always searching for ways to encourage respect and enable everyone to be the best they can be. We want to represent the diverse communities we serve. We welcome applications from all individuals especially those from groups that are currently underrepresented in the organisation as shown in our Workforce Equality Report.
