Job Skills / Requirements

The Area Manager owns day-to-day operations for a group of client sites. Youll hire train and coach janitorial crews monitor quality through regular inspections and make sure every customer concern gets swift complete follow-up.

Schedule: Friday Saturday Sunday and Monday 10 hours 10pm-8:30am

Key Responsibilities Include:

Team Leadership

• Onboard and train new cleaners (hands-on shadowing included)
• Set clear shift and area assignments; adjust staffing as needed
• Address performance or attendance issues promptly and document actions

Quality & Customer Care

• Inspect each facility on a set schedule correct deficiencies on the spot
• Respond to client questions or complaints the same day and follow through to closure
• Recommend and coordinate special projects (deep cleans floor work etc.)

Operations & Compliance

• Review and approve employee timecards; submit payroll data accurately and on time
• Track and reorder supplies to maintain par levels without waste
• Enforce all safety policies; investigate and report any accidents immediately
• Complete required company training and certifications

Qualifications

• Language: Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
• Experience: 2 years of progressive management in janitorial or facilities services
• Solid judgment under pressure; able to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Strong customer-service mindset and attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Organized able to juggle multiple sites and tasks at once
• Proficiency with MS Office (email spreadsheets documents)
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
