As an Outpatient Therapist youll play a vital role in supporting individuals living with mental health challenges and/or substance use disorders at our Wilmington NC clinic.

Your Role in Our Mission

As an Outpatient Therapist with ESPH youll play a vital role in helping individuals build brighter healthier futures. Youll conduct screenings evaluations and diagnostic assessments to develop meaningful treatment goals and person-centered plans (PCPs) that reflect each clients unique voice needs and aspirations. Youll also have the opportunity to design and lead therapy groups fostering connection and growth.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary: $50000 - 54000 for provisional licensure; range for full licensure starts at $55000

What Were Looking For

Skills: Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices and group facilitation crisis intervention problem-solving and decision-making.
Licensure: Full or Provisional LCSW or LCMHC Dual licensure preferred LCAS
Experience in Substance Use services preferred
Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy.
Maintain valid state appropriate drivers license and auto insurance
