As an Outpatient Therapist youll play a vital role in supporting individuals living with mental health challenges and/or substance use disorders at our Wilmington NC clinic.

Your Role in Our Mission

As an Outpatient Therapist with ESPH youll play a vital role in helping individuals build brighter healthier futures. Youll conduct screenings evaluations and diagnostic assessments to develop meaningful treatment goals and person-centered plans (PCPs) that reflect each clients unique voice needs and aspirations. Youll also have the opportunity to design and lead therapy groups fostering connection and growth.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary: $50000 - 54000 for provisional licensure; range for full licensure starts at $55000

What Were Looking For

  • Skills: Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices and group facilitation crisis intervention problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Licensure: Full or Provisional LCSW or LCMHC Dual licensure preferred LCAS
  • Experience in Substance Use services preferred
  • Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy.
  • Maintain valid state appropriate drivers license and auto insurance
