Job Summary
Park Nicollet is looking to hire a Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.
Position Summary:
Provides direct patient care to adolescent adult and geriatric populations. This position uses a variety of physical therapy techniques to restore individuals to maximum functional ability independence participation and freedom from pain. Performs related duties as assigned.
Work Schedule:
0.9 FTE position splitting time between OP orthopedics (2 days per week) and acute care (2 days per week) populations both at Methodist Hospital campus. Prior experience in both OP orthopedics and acute care is preferred. Interest in vestibular rehab welcomed.
Position includes every 4th weekend and one holiday per year in acute care.
Required Qualifications:
Education Experience or Equivalent Combination:
- Doctorate masters or bachelors degree in physical therapy
Licensure/ Registration/ Certification:
Licensed with the Minnesota Board of Physical Therapy
Preferred Qualifications:
Recommend experience as a Physical Therapist preferably in a medical setting.
Recommend membership in related professional organization.
Proficient with communication and data processing equipment.
Proficient in clinical equipment related to area of expertise.
Proficient in organization electronic medical record software.
