Job Description:
- Deliver highquality User Interfaces and User Experience Design in alignment with enterprise products and company vision.
- Create analog and VR sketches wireframes flow charts storyboards interactive prototypes and documentation to articulate client requirements and ideas.
- Develop highfidelity experiences mockups and prototypes for key elements and features within defined parameters.
- Continuously evaluate user feedback to enhance overall user experience usability and accessibility.
- Collaborate with developers providing clear specifications for UX and UI components.
- Support the team in establishing a design language and system for products.
- Ensure proper execution of all features through followup on final implementations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including visual designers copywriters project managers strategists developers and QA.
- Contribute to UX/UI deliverables in new business pitches as required.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in design Fine Arts or related field. (Optional)
- Proven experience as an Art Director or similar role in XR or related fields.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite Sketch Figma etc.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and design methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in XR.
