- Certification in HVAC Refrigeration or a related technical field
- Hands-on experience with air conditioning systems in large-scale environments (e.g. hotels hospitals ships or commercial buildings)
- Solid understanding of HVAC maintenance troubleshooting and energy efficiency practices
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest comfort and service
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines without close supervision

An AC Technician will support the Engineering Team to efficiently maintain all hotel operations such that safety security conversation and compliance are ensured at the highest levels.
What will I be doing
As an AC Technician you will be responsible for the maintenance repair and monitoring of HVAC systems throughout the hotel. You will ensure all air conditioning units ventilation systems and related equipment operate at peak performance contributing to energy conservation and guest satisfaction. Specifically you will:
- Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems across guest rooms and hotel facilities
- Respond swiftly and professionally to AC-related issues and breakdowns
- Follow and maintain the HVAC preventive maintenance schedule
- Support energy-saving initiatives related to air conditioning systems
- Recommend system upgrades for improved efficiency and sustainability
- Keep tools equipment and work areas clean and safe
- Stay updated on technical training and industry standards
