Job Summary
Overview
We are recruiting for a light FP&A Manager for a fast-growing multi-brand restaurant investment and operating platform in the Northeast. This role will support FP&A for one of the firms core concepts and work closely with a small highly collaborative finance team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their FP&A career who is eager to gain hands-on exposure to budgeting forecasting and P&L analysis in a real operating environment. The team is lean and flat offering strong mentorship and meaningful responsibility from day one.
The position has high visibility and daily interaction with senior leadership. The company values practical problem-solving intellectual curiosity and long-term fit. Prior exposure to restaurants or hospitality (even front-of-house experience) is viewed positively.
