Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Blue Prism
Support Profile:
1. Understanding and reviewing the Process Operational Handbooks
2. Preparing the infrastructure raising software install requests and any initial or onetime setup required by the process.
3. Raise change requests for code deployments as per ITSM procedures defined by clients
4. Deploying processes into Production environment.
5. Schedule and run processes as per procedure defined in Operation Impact document (OID)/Run Book/Operational Handbook
6. Perform initial triage in the live processes for any failures
7. Managing and allocating process workloads with optimal scheduling
8. VM Capacity management and license optimization Oversight of processes and VMs from time to time to ensure that RPA is being used for productive purposes
9. Report Business/system exceptions to users
10. Problem solving of issues that could arise during a working day
11. Communicate related unresolvable product issues to Blue Prism support and coordinate with IT teams for speedy recovery and resolutions. Works with RPA process team and troubleshoots platform issues.
12. Analyze frequent failures and terminations work with business and developers to stabilize the process.
13. Monitors and maintains RPA infrastructure (server terminal application control room web servers etc and related services). Works with internal and external IT teams to resolve issues on the infrastructure. Perform regular status health checks on critical infrastructure components.
14. Monitor tickets assigned in the queue system and resolve them in a timely manner.
15. Help to migrates BOT code between multiple environments to facilitate
16. Maintain and update credentials for runtime resources applications etc.
17. Good to have knowledge on CTWO Orchestration tool
18. Willingness to learn new tools and technologies
19. Provide updates in daily cadence calls resolve tickets based on defined SLAs provide proper handover to next shift
20. Good knowledge of Object Studio Process Studio Work Queues and Exception Handling
21. Provide Continuous Improvements and Value adds to clients
22. Good to have industry knowledge on Banking Finance Food and Beverages Supply Chain
