Software Engineering Manager

Job description

As an Engineering Manager you will lead a cross-functional growth team dedicated to building an all-in-one healthcare platform. You will balance hands-on technical contribution with people leadership guiding engineers through the full product lifecycle. Your work will directly impact patient outcomes by delivering high-quality web applications in a fast-paced environment.

What you will do:

Lead a cross-functional delivery team of frontend and backend engineers partnering closely with product and design.
Manage the full product lifecycle from architectural design and implementation to deployment and maintenance.
Mentor and grow engineering talent through regular feedback stretch goals and technical guidance.

The ideal candidate:

At least 7 years of commercial software engineering experience with a natural aptitude for leadership.
Strong expertise in architecture TDD and unit testing within a fast-paced startup environment.
Passion for growth-oriented engineering including A/B testing localization and data-driven product improvements.
