As a reliability engineer you are going to be responsible for identifying leading and executing activities aimed at reducing the cost of failure caused by non-productive time performance KPIs repair costs and personnel and premature product/ services failures.
As a Lead Engineer - Reliability you will be responsible for:
- Participating in the engineering planning review process especially for critical jobs
- Focusing on the dependability in the lifecycle management of a product
- Identifying and assessing the ability of the system or component to function under stated conditions for a specified time or interval of time
- Rolling up the individual reliability to the system level including systems modeling - includes estimation prevention modeling and management of high levels of lifetime engineering uncertainty and risks of failure
- Applying root cause analysis (RCA) processes

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a bachelors degree in engineering or scientific discipline from an accredited university or relevant industry experience
- Demonstrate experience as a reliability engineer
- Having strong reliability knowledge RCM Principles
- Being an Excel expert
- Demonstrate excellent leadership strong interpersonal influencing and planning skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a global matrix organization
- Advanced English and fluent Portuguese
- Have CMMS experience - SAP and/or Maximo preferred
- Have hands on experience in field maintenance
- Have data analytics skills and RCA experience
- Have experience Technical Project Management (TPM)
- Have knowledge of RBD/RAM analysis principles
- Speak Spanish on a professional level
