The Environmental Services Manager is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational leadership for Environmental Services operations within the organization. This role oversees daily departmental functions with a strong emphasis on workforce management scheduling compliance performance accountability and process improvement. The Manager ensures effective coordination of people resources and workflows to maintain a safe clean and compliant healthcare environment while supporting organizational goals regulatory standards and service excellence.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
3 years of administrative or managerial experience overseeing staff schedules and operational processes in any industry.
