Your Opportunity:

We are looking for a highly motivated student to join our team as a Hospitality Co-op from May- December 2026.

What youll be doing:

• Support corporate hospitality efforts for customer visits Education Center events and internal employee gatherings.

• Assist with event logistics room setup and food service for business professionals and stakeholders.

• Support corporate visitors and ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.

• Assist with the Greenheck Company Store including processing orders maintaining inventory and coordinating with vendors.

• Provide general support to the hospitality and events team for various business-related initiatives.

What you should have:

• Enrollment in a related bachelors or associate degree program such as Hospitality Management Business Administration or a similar field.

• On track to graduate in the next 2 years or less.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to assist with multiple tasks effectively.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to support a professional and welcoming corporate environment.

In this role you will contribute in a professional corporate environment while gaining valuable experience in business operations and corporate culture. Learn how to prepare a customer visit support training seminars from start to finish and assist with the day-to-day duties in the Greenheck Company Store.

Compensation and Benefits:

Greenheck Group takes pride in providing competitive pay. The starting base pay range for this position is $19-24/hour and may vary based type of position and school seniority.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment such as a computer and phone. Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift carry push pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Substantial motions of the wrists hands and/or fingers. The person is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. Occasional mobility required to attend in-person meetings and complete various office tasks. Work may be performed in companys setting home or hybrid.
