Stryker is looking for a driven sharp and relationship-focused Sales Representative to take ownership of theCMF Neurosurgical and ENTportfolio in Piemonte & Valle dAosta.

Whatyoullown

  • Become the go-to expert for your product line trusted by surgeons and hospital staff.

  • Grow the territory through a mix of strategic hunting and thoughtful farming.

  • Build strong customer relationships in an area where local presence genuinely matters.

  • Execute quarterly and annual business plans with full responsibility over your revenue streams.

  • Support surgeons and theatre staff before during and after cases when.

  • Manage contracts pricing quotes and demo resources with precision and ownership.

  • Keep our customers up to date on portfolio changes productinnovationsand education programs.

  • Represent Stryker at exhibits tradeshowsand educational labs.

  • Uphold industry-leading compliancequalityand regulatory standards.

Minimumqualifications

  • Prior experience inMedTech(strongly preferred over pharma)

  • Understanding ofOR dynamicsand confidenceoperatingin that environment

  • Asales mindset:curious proactive persistent

  • Experience inneurosurgical or spineis a strong plus

  • B2 English

Preferred

  • Exposure toCMF neurosurgical or head & neckprocedures

  • Already active inhospital-basedenvironments

Your background

You come from a medical scientifictechnicalor commercial education. You may already have hospital experience OR exposure or early commercial success. You use MS Office without blinking you understand compliance and you think like someone who owns a profit centre.
