We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Fayetteville teams. The ideal candidate is compassionate collaborative and committed to delivering high-quality family-centered pediatric care in an environment that values teamwork innovation & work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive care to infants children and adolescents

Build long-term relationships with families and the care team

Participate in clinical growth initiatives and community outreach

Collaborate with medical and operational leadership to enhance patient experience & outcomes

Maintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

Masters or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program

Current RN and APRN license in the state of North Carolina (or eligibility to obtain)

National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC) from an accredited body (AANP or ANCC)

Current BLS and/or PALS certification

Current DEA license (or ability to obtain)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
