Looking for a service engineer suitable for BPS products portfolios. Candidate should be knowledgeable about electronics electrical and instrumentation background.
The Services Technician will be responsible for delivering the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction maximizes customer retention and increases profitability.
Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
Provide service and customer support during field and inhouse visits or dispatches
Manage all on site installation repair maintenance and test tasks
Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
Produce timely and detailed service reports
Ensure the timely and correct documentation of processes
Operate vehicle in a safely manner and use field automation systems
Follow all companys filed procedures and protocols
Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations / briefings
Contact customers concerning processes of the customer file
Build positive relationships with customers
Qualification & Skills:
Bachelors degree or technical qualification in Electronics Electrical Instrumentation or a related engineering discipline.
5-10 years of proven field service experience preferably within biotechnology pharmaceutical life sciences or complex equipment environments.
Strong hands-on experience in troubleshooting testing repairing and servicing technical systems.
Solid understanding of automation control systems and software interfaces.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals schematics wiring diagrams and validation documentation.
High customer orientation with a solution-driven mindset.
Strong analytical diagnostic and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to work independently manage time effectively and meet service SLAs.
Familiarity with mobile tools and field service automation systems.
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region and work flexible shifts as required.
