Job Summary

Part-Time Customer Service Representative

Are you organized detail-oriented and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service If so join the City of OFallons Environmental Services Team as a Part-Time Customer Service Representative! This position offers competitive pay with an expected starting rate of $21.37 hourly.

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative your responsibilities would include but are not limited to:

Answering telephones and greeting visitors
Dispatching drivers to resolve customer complaints.
Scheduling bulk white goods and yard waste pickups.
Maintaining records of all calls.
Processing customer billing.
Maintaining databases.

We are seeking an individual with strong knowledge of customer service principles proven problem-resolution and analytical skills and excellent oral and written communication abilities. Proficiency with computers job-related software programs and accurate typing skills are highly preferred. Candidates must be able to work Tuesday through Friday for up to 30 hours per week.
