Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and integration of new systems to enhance operational efficiency.
Assist customers with inquiries regarding after-sales service product pricing provide quotations and deliver related business support.
Support sales representatives in handling administrative tasks related to after-sales service sales operations.
Organize archive and track departmental documents ensuring timely responses to customer requests.
Process shipping documents orders and related system transactions accurately.
Maintain and update customer contact information.
Execute additional tasks assigned by supervisors and provide back-office support for customer service operations.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering a high-quality service experience.
Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional support.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree or above
Proficient in Microsoft Excel Word PowerPoint and Outlook.
Fluent in English (speaking listening reading and writing).
ERP or CRM systems knowledge
