Senior Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineer

Job Description:
You will lead the design and integration of precision electromechanical systems for a revolutionary sustainable data storage platform. Moving fluidly between CAD and the laboratory you will own the development of bespoke motion systems and microcontroller integrations collaborating with cross-functional teams to prototype and scale next-generation physical infrastructure for the cloud.

What you will do:

Design and develop precision electromechanical subsystems and bespoke motion control architectures.
Integrate complex motion systems with microcontrollers sensors and actuators for high-performance automation.
Lead technical prototyping in the lab diagnosing and debugging electromechanical and control system challenges.

The ideal candidate:

5 years of experience in mechanical or mechatronics engineering within high-tech R&D or product environments.
Expert-level 3D CAD skills with hands-on prototyping experience in machining 3D printing and assembly.
Strong background in mechanical fundamentals including kinematics tolerancing and embedded microcontrollers.
