Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior MEP Commercial Engineer to join our dynamic team . The Senior MEP Commercial Engineer will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing commercial aspects of our projects ensuring successful project delivery and maintaining strong client relationships. This position requires a deep understanding of construction processes excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the MEP commercial aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Prepare and manage budgets cost plans.
- Lead the preparation and submission of competitive tenders and bids.
- Negotiate contracts and POs terms conditions and pricing with clients suppliers and subcontractors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients consultants and stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for commercial issues and disputes.
- Prepare and present commercial reports to senior management.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial management within the construction industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing commercial aspects of large-scale construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts procurement processes and financial management.
- Excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional certification (e.g. PRMG PMP MBA) is a plus.
