JOB SUMMARY

Here we grow again! Debords One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning located in Chardon is looking for a full time HVAC installer to join our team. Minimum 2 years experience required. A HVAC Installer serves the clients of the company by expertly servicing repairing and replacing HVAC systems. This is a wonderful career opportunity for a motivated individual with excellent mechanical aptitude. This is a full time position. Company vehicle phone and uniforms provided. JOB DUTIES

Utilizes Straight Forward Pricing (including all company approved forms) correctly on each call
Wears floor savers while in the clients home and maintains a neat work area while performing a repair or installation
Tests each aspect of the job before leaving a home to make sure everything is working properly. Ensures the job was indeed completed correctly and eliminates unnecessary callbacks after the job is finished
Explains each service performed to the client upon completion. Ensures clients are 100% satisfied with all work
Conveys a safety-conscious attitude both on the job and while driving
Maintains cleanliness inside and outside of vehicles at all times

Compensation: $50000.00 - $75000.00 per year
