YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
As an Esthetics Instructor your primary focus will be on teaching and guiding students. You will conduct lessons in both classroom settings and on the Clinic Floor where students gain practical experience providing services to guests. Your responsibilities include mentoring and supporting students delivering constructive feedback and ensuring their professional development. Staying abreast of industry advancements and trends is crucial to maintaining our curriculums relevance and excellence. Your dedication will foster a positive inclusive and high-energy learning environment conducive to student success.
Heres what you need:
- Current Michigan esthetics license
- Michigan instructors license
- Passion for continuing education and personal growth
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
