Drive market penetration for a disruptive Robotics-as-a-Service platform. You will take full ownership of the sales cycle building a scalable go-to-market engine across sales partnerships and marketing. Initially an individual contributor role you will work closely with founders to transform warehouse automation through AI-powered orchestration and vendor-agnostic solutions.

What you will do:

- Execute a full-cycle sales strategy targeting 3PLs eCommerce providers and enterprise logistics operators to meet ambitious revenue targets.

- Build and manage strategic partnerships with system integrators OEMs and automation partners to expand market reach.

- Develop scalable GTM infrastructure including the MarTech stack CRM reporting and account-based marketing playbooks for consistent outreach.

The ideal candidate:

- Proven track record of closing complex B2B technology or logistics service deals with founder-level and key decision makers.

- Deep understanding of warehouse operations supply chain technology or automation processes with a solution-based selling mindset.

- Entrepreneurial drive with the ability to operate as a hands-on individual contributor while designing long-term commercial strategy.
