Job Summary
We are looking for a Service Appointment Coordinator to help schedule service appointments daily. Located just off exit 65 on RTE 95 in Westbrook.

Job Summary:The right candidate will have excellent communication skills reliable a positive attitude comfortable speaking to customers on the phone and communicating via email and text by desktop computer. The day-to-day duties in this role include answering service department phones booking service appointments and contacting customers by phone and email regarding their satisfaction.

- Answer incoming service department calls

- Communicate with callers in a professional friendly and efficient manner
- Assist monitoring and managing our fleet of 25 loaner vehicles
