Job Summary
WELDER / FITTER STRUCTURAL STEEL
FULL-TIME
4-DAY WORK WEEK
Location: Saint Joseph Missouri
Schedule: MondayThursday 6:30 AM 5:00 PM
Team Miracle Truss is growing and were hiring dependable motivated Welders/Fitters to help build high-quality structural steel frames. If you take pride in your work enjoy problem-solving and want a place to build a career wed like to meet you.
Responsibilities:
- Weld and fit structural steel components
- Read and interpret blueprints and measurements
- Ensure accuracy quality and safety standards are met
- Work collaboratively in a productive team environment
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (training available)
- Experience in structural steel or metal fabrication preferred
- Welding certification a plus (not required we can help you earn it)
