Job Duties

Communicating with stakeholders to foster feedback and find opportunities to improve BI experience.

Evaluating the quality and accuracy of datasets using auditing techniques and statistical methodologies

Labeling data with manual review

Troubleshooting data issues to find root causes and suggesting solutions.

Working with stakeholders to explore refine and analyze data assets for insights.

Performing basic reporting functions such as simple SQL queries or tool-based self-service reporting

Researching new ways to simplify reduce waste and increase efficiencies

Other Duties
Performs other duties as assigned to support the overall objectives of the department and organization.

Position Qualifications:
Strong understanding of data and usage/applicability of technologies
Knowledge of and practice with accuracy evaluation metrics like precision and recall
Knowledge of and practice with descriptive statistics and outlier detection
Experience using business tools like Domo Tableau Qlik or Excel
Excel spreadsheet skills (sorting data pivot tables advanced functions)
General understanding of SQL Python or other programming languages
Excellent communication skills

Education
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field and solid years of relevant experience.

Salary commensurate with experience within posted range.
