What you will do:
Technical Leadership: Own the technical quality of Salesforce solutions ensuring they align with industry best practices and specific client architectural roadmaps.
Solution Design: Design and build efficient scalable Salesforce architectures and lead workshops to gather requirements and achieve stakeholder consensus.
Team Mentorship: Guide a team of developers and consultants providing technical direction and coaching to elevate the teams collective skill set and delivery quality.
The ideal candidate:
Dutch & English Proficiency: Mandatory professional-level Dutch and business-level English are required to manage local client relationships and internal collaboration.
Consultancy Expertise: Minimum of 4 years in Salesforce consultancy with a proven track record of facilitating workshops and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform limitations and capabilities with the ability to create architectural diagrams and technical estimates.
