A well-established title insurance agency is seeking a Recording Title Specialist to support post-closing operations. This role focuses on document recording and ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the post-closing process.
Responsibilities Include:
Recording closing documents with appropriate municipalities
Managing post-closing files and documentation
Ensuring timely and accurate submission of recordings
Coordinating with internal teams to resolve recording issues
Maintaining organized and compliant records
Ideal Qualifications:
Prior experience working in a title agency
Background in post-closing or recording preferred
Strong attention to detail
