As the Head of Engineering you will lead a high-performing technical organization driving the architectural vision and engineering excellence for a scaling fintech platform. You will be responsible for building robust secure and scalable financial infrastructure while mentoring senior talent and fostering a culture of innovation across distributed global engineering teams.
