The Sales Manager / Senior Sales Representative is a customerfacing role responsible for winning new business and growing existing accounts within an assigned country or large geographic territory. This role leads the development and execution of business plans for specific products or product lines managing complex sales processes that require technical commercial and financial expertise.

By understanding customer environments coordinating internal stakeholders and delivering tailored solutions this role plays a critical part in driving revenue growth and strengthening strategic customer relationships.

As a Sales Manager / Senior Sales Representative you will be responsible for:

  • Selling products services parts solutions or projects within an assigned geographic area or large territory
  • Leading the development and execution of business plans for specific products or product lines
  • Managing customer engagements that require advanced technical knowledge of products systems and their operating environments
  • Conducting technical and commercial analysis to adapt sales approaches to customer conditions
  • Managing complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders both internally and on the customer side
  • Developing proposals that incorporate technical economic logistical and financial considerations
  • Serving as the primary commercial contact for key and strategic customers within the product line
  • Collaborating closely with technical operations and support teams to address customer inquiries and local operating conditions
  • Supporting mediumsized sales opportunities and contributing to regional revenue targets

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales preferably in a technical or industrial environment
  • Demonstrate strong experience managing customer relationships and complex sales cycles
  • Be capable of handling countrylevel accounts or large territories with multiple stakeholders
