Role Summary
The Project Manager leads the integration phase of the ATRRS mainframe modernization effort coordinating the delivery and implementation of Deterministic AIgenerated Java code into the existing ATRRS application ecosystem. This role provides overall execution leadership across development integration testing and release coordination ensuring schedule discipline quality control and stakeholder alignment for a mission-critical Army system.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan manage and control scope schedule cost and performance for integration activities
- Coordinate intake review and integration of AWS/TSRI-delivered code spirals
- Manage dependencies across Java web tier SQL Server and PostgreSQL
- Oversee GitLab CI/CD milestone planning and release coordination
- Lead risk issue and change management processes
- Administer and enforce quality control procedures aligned with ATRRS standards
- Facilitate status meetings reporting and stakeholder communications
- Coordinate work across all Halvik teams and labor categories
Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP)
Location: Remote
Degree: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering Business or related field (Masters degree preferred)
Years of Experience:
- 10 years overall IT experience
- 7 years managing enterprise IT projects of similar size and complexity
- 5 years managing modernization or integration programs
