MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
DESIRED OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Extensive professional experience (approximately 4-6 years) in health policy large scale grant management and/or behavioral health system planning within a State
- Significant experience (4 years) supervising managers and professional staff
- Understanding of and experience with grant awarding and monitoring
- Experience in process and system improvements and implementation
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and draft complex legislative reports and prepare executive-level policy briefs under tight deadlines
