As a Behavior technician you will help bring ABA to life through fun engaging and evidence based sessions. What Youll Do as a Behavior Technician
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children diagnosed with Autism in center-based and in-home settings
- Work closely with a BCBA to implement individualized ABA treatment plans
- Collect accurate data to guide effective ABA outcomes
- Support children with Autism using compassionate ethical and research-based strategies
- Communicate proactively with families and clinical supervisors

- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- RBT Certification (Preferred)
- Valid Michigan Drivers License (Required)
- Must pass a background check
- Experience working with children and/or background in Special Education Psychology Mental or Behavioral Health (preferred but not required)
- Energetic empathetic and passionate about working with children or adults with special needs
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and be involved in physical floor play including but not limited to bending and reaching
- Experienced RBTs MUST possess valid RBT credential number on the BACB website
