Position Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced ArcGIS Web Developer with 3-6 years of experience to join our team.
Job Title: Senior Arc GIS Web Developer
Experience Required: 3 8 years
Location: CGI Bangalore
Employment Type: Full-time
Work mode: Hybrid
Notice Period: We are looking for candidates who can join immediately or within 30 days
Interview Mode: First round will be conducted virtually followed by a second round in person (F2F)
Required Skills
- 3-8 years of hands-on experience in ArcGIS web development.
- Proficiency in ArcGIS API for JavaScript HTML5 CSS3 and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. React Angular).
- Experience with ArcGIS Portal ArcGIS Server ArcGIS Datastore ArcGIS Web AppBuilder and Experience Builder.
- Experience with Survey123 and Field Maps will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of web services REST APIs and geospatial data formats (e.g. GeoJSON KML shapefiles File Geodatabase and Enterprise Geodatabase).
- Experience in integrating GIS with Document and Asset Management systems data management and analysis tools.
- Good knowledge of responsive design and user interface best practices.
- Familiarity with source control tools such as Git.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customize and extend ArcGIS Experience Builder applications.
- Develop and maintain web-based GIS applications using ArcGIS API for JavaScript and other Esri products like Survey123 Field Maps.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing web applications.
- Work with APIs and third-party services to enhance GIS functionalities and integrate GIS applications with other enterprise systems like Document and Asset Management systems.
