Sentara Health is seeking a Product Manager (Remote) to lead the development enhancement and successful launch of innovative products that elevate consumer experience and drive operational excellence. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to identify customer pain points streamline the consumer journey and implement solutions that improve satisfaction engagement and loyalty.
The ideal candidate brings strong product management expertise within healthcare operations demonstrates deep understanding of market trends and healthcare technology and excels at managing timelines stakeholder communication and day-to-day deliverables. Experience with Salesforceparticularly Health Cloud buildand familiarity with Sentara IT procedures and SHP business processes are strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Marketing Healthcare Management or a related field (Required).
Certification/Licensure
No specific certification or licensure requirements.
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of product management experience preferably within healthcare operations and consumer experience.
Proven experience leading product development enhancement and launch initiatives.
Strong understanding of healthcare operations market landscape technology impacts and emerging opportunities.
Experience collaborating with IT operations clinical and vendor teams to deliver product solutions.
Ability to manage stakeholder communications timelines and day-to-day product execution.
Strongly preferred:
Experience with Salesforce particularly Salesforce Health Cloud build.
Familiarity with Sentara IT procedures and SHP business processes.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages inclusive of base pay incentives and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is:$91416.00-$152380.80. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials standby/on-call overtime premiums extra shift incentives or bonus opportunities.Sentara Independence provides quality outpatient services to the surrounding community. The facility includes an ambulance-accessible emergency room that is supported by board-certified physicians. Sentara Independence houses state-of-the-art medical equipment and highly-skilled physicians and staff. Sentara Independence is now an extension of the quality services at Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital including advanced imaging and physical therapy.
