Summary
Buckles Marketing Internship is designed to engage students in a team environment through access to hands-on marketing projects networking and development opportunities. Each intern will be assigned to one of the following areas: Graphic Design Social Media Photo Studio or Copywriting. The Marketing intern will contribute to the business while gaining valuable exposure to working within a large omni-channel marketing team learning how to engage with a target audience while aligning marketing strategy and business goals.
Essential Duties and Projects

Copywriter
Create copy across all channel touch-points that engages and connects with Buckle Guests. Including but not limited to: brand evergreen and seasonal campaigns Buckle Credit Card and Guest Loyalty marketing social media editorial and public relations email content and in-store signage
- Collaborate across departments to create edit and/or proofread internal and external content.
- Maintain Buckles brand standards and voice ensuring consistent communication and execution across all marketing touch-points.
- Evaluate review/edit and proofread content.
- Produce high-quality error-free content that adheres to company style guide.
- Develop concepts for both internal and external videos where applicable including concepting and engage our guests.
All Marketing Interns
- Fulfill mission statement by performing job duties with a high level of customer service while contributing to a positive team spirit.
- Special projects and other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Education and/or Experience
Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university preferably in Marketing Journalism Communications Studio Art Computer Science or a related degree program.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job the Teammate regularly works in an office setting. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
